Tayla joined ESSP with a passion for working in adult speech pathology care! With prior experience working with NDIS participants, Tayla is well versed in the specialised care required for the management of people living with complex disabilities. She has particular skills in working with young adults with Autism and is highly skilled in providing mealtime management reviews and communication assessment and intervention for our disability/NDIS caseload. She likewise has a passion for aged care services and is well known for bringing her thoughtful, kind and clinical approach to the care of the many patients she services across our residential care facility portfolio!
